Sian Flanagan’s journey began on the soccer field as a semi-professional athlete in the United Kingdom, where discipline, drive, and performance shaped her identity. On the outside, she appeared strong and unstoppable. But at 19, when she walked away from her dream, her inner world collapsed into identity crisis, depression, and self-doubt took hold.
