TRUTH: In my personal journey, I didn't have support in my creative aspects. I found it challenging to experience genuine celebration and encouragement from women and men around me. With the exception of a few who did offer support or 'help.'
As a woman, one of my missions is to ensure every woman knows the feeling of real support and safety without conditions, jealousy or negative projections towards her sacred expression. This collective space is exactly the community for sovereign feminine self-leadership and expression, where the creative elixir is unearthed with joy, pleasure and celebration.
My proven system and framework The SILK Method™ (backed by neuroscience) supports nervous system regulation, somatic safety on all four levels mind, body & soul, and embodied action. Co-created with The Vibrant Living Way System™ allowing authentic rhythm, self-trust, and flow-based self-leadership to shine through.
For 10+ years these processes have transformed hundreds of clients lives in life, body and business embodiment. It's also, the exact same processes I lived and breathed to discover and birth my creativity and confident composure into becoming a Best-selling Author, Poet, TEDx Speaker, Award Winning Film Director, Musician, Performance Artist and developing a personal brand. MY STORY FROM
containment to full expression
For most of my life, I carried creative expression inside me
not on stages.
I didn’t grow up performing artistically or nurturing it. In fact, I was the opposite:
A semi-professional soccer player who retired from the field at 19.
I had no formal training in writing, singing, piano, film, poetry, or public speaking and I carried a deep fear of being seen (ugh).
I still remember performing in a school play (10th grade) and nearly blacking out on stage, my body overwhelmed by exposure.
The truth is, I didn’t “practice for years” in private before expressing creatively and sending out my creations. I didn’t wait until 'I felt ready.'
In 2019, I followed an intuitive nudge to get on a plane with no plan, no agenda and landed in, Los Angeles. There, I followed the synchronicities life was handing me and in less than 3 months wrote & created two short films that went on to receive international awards and quietly changed the trajectory of my life.
Then in 2024, I published my first poetry and illustrations book Silk On Ice: The Process of Growing into Grace and performed creatively (live) for the very first time...
I sang and played piano in front of nearly 70 people.
I was nervous. Vulnerable. Imperfect.
And something unexpected happened.
I was paid to perform not because it was flawless,
but because my presence landed.
People felt something.
Instead of retreating, I listened to my body and followed what was opening.
That same year, I:
Built an immersive performance set in four months, performed in front of more than a hundred people..
Blended coaching, storytelling, music, and artistry into one cohesive expression through RantAJAM Conscious Entertainment
With fewer than 12 live performances, and only one full solo set ever, the RantAJAM Experience (my one woman act) debut at TEDx West Vancouver: dropping a unified transmission of poetic voice, sound, coaching embodiment, and visual storytelling.
Audience members and staff called it “the best of the day, Incredible, mesmerizing,"
Not because it was a Beyonce show
but because I was embodied, it had presence.
In two years, I made a leap many never make in a decade, or lifetime.
Not through talent but permission.
Not through discipline but devotion.
Not faking it to make it but
Doing the inner work to express embodiment,
unifying mind, body, and soul
and letting essence lead with power.
